Ladyline Hotel Boats

Ladyline Hotel Boats operate two boats 'Lady Margaret' and 'Lady Selena'.  Both are fitted out to a very high standard, and have all 'mod cons' you would expect from land based accommodation.  Operated by husband & wife team Andy & Linda, they say that relaxation and tranquility are keywords in their luxury Hotel Cruises.

A typical day starts around 8.00am with a cup of tea served to you in your cabin, with breakfast at around 8.30am.  Andy & Linda aim to set off each morning at around 9.30am but can be as flexible as their guests require.  It is up to you how you spend your day, some people like to read (an extensive library can be found onboard), some like to walk alongside the canal on the towpatch - a good way to work off some of Linda's cooking,  others just like to sit and watch the passing countryside from the observation area at the front  of the boat.  Lunch is served around 1.00pm before moving off early afternoon to the final destination of the day and mooring up for the evening.  Afternoon tea is served at 4.00pm which then gives everyone time to explore the area before dinner at around 7.00pm.  The menu on board looks delicious with food freshly prepared by Linda using local and seasonal produce where available.
