CLIPPESBY
Clippesby is a small Norfolk village midway between Great Yarmouth
and Norwich – it is very easy to get to as it is only a
short distance from the main A47 road which comes into the county.
This is an ideal location for anyone looking to explore the
Norfolk countryside and surrounding areas, especially the Norfolk
Broads. There are some beautiful walks through unspoilt footpaths,
and it is a really safe place to bring your bicycles and enjoy
the quiet roads leading to the many riverside villages in the
surrounding area. The busy seaside town of Great Yarmouth is
only 15 minutes away by car, or you could choose the quieter
beaches of Hemsby and Winterton – ideal to walk along and
blow away the cobwebs. Norwich is easily reached by car or train,
again just 15 minutes from Clippesby. The historic city is very
popular both for shopping and sightseers, it really is a city
with something for everyone.
In the summer months, from May – September, all of the

The quiet lanes surrounding Clippesby Hall are ideal for Cycling and
Walking - we are able to offer advice on routes and places of local
interest that are not to be missed.

Pine Lodges are a popular choice of accommodation at any time
of the year. Airy and light in the summer with lots of room for ‘alfresco’ dining & barbecues,
and warm and cosy in the winter as they are fitted with oil fired
central heating. Situated on the edge of a private woodland park
and overlooking open fields and countryside they are ideal for
families who enjoy a more private location.

well appointed lodges are full of character and are beautifully
fitted out to a very high standard throughout with pine & leather
furniture. Three bedrooms offer accommodation in two twin rooms
and one double, bathroom with bath and shower, fully fitted kitchen
with washer/dryer and the lounge/ diner which has french doors

WOODLAND BUNGALOWS
The Woodland Bungalows offer comfortable accommodation for families
and couples who enjoy first class accommodation in peaceful surroundings.
They have three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one bunk bedded
room, lounge/diner with a cosy log fire – logs provided,
fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer and a bathroom
with bath and shower. The heating is electric and is of course
included in the price.
